My friend of 35 years was a midwife for most of her Nursing career. She & I did our Midwifery training together, and have remained great friends ever since. Mary had a successful career as a charge Nurse in Midwifery. She was a reluctant poser, but I managed to convince her. She was thrilled with the outcome. Artist’s own photography.
